There is a shadow that runs up and down the stairs. Also there is a feeling of being watched. Me and my partner both have seen the shadow zip around the house mainly staying in the hall way and stair area. One night My boyfriend and I were outside on the patio and we heard what sounded like someone running up behind me and pushed me. I clearly felt being pushed in my chair as if someone was trying to knock me over. We both heard it and saw my chair being moved. We have also seen the shadow move past our dining room window while we are outside. I know this will sound silly, but I am sometimes pinched while I am in the kitchen. I have seen things get knocked over in the house. Any ideas how to get rid of it? We have tried asking it to leave many times. There was one night when I woke up in the middle of the night to find 2 white swirly figures in the bedroom. One was actually IN the bed standing and the other was kneeling by the bed. This scared the holy outta me. Another night I saw a white swirly smokey thing come into my bedroom clear as day while I was on the phone. And all that went through my head was that a female was lost and confused. I was alone when that happened, but the lights were on and I clearly saw it come right up to me. Later the next day I found out that a friend of mines girlfriend died in the hospital. I could go on and on, but I just want this to stop or find out who they are that's haunting the house. By the way, every night I pray with my daughters to God to keep angels around the house to protect us while we sleep. My youngest doesn't ever hear us talk about the 'ghost' but my teen has heard the story and ignores it best she can.
